3. Job Set-up
Subtask 57-10-00-010-092-B

A. Get Access
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at zone 825.
(2) Open the forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(3) Remove the access panels 131PW and 132PW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).
(4) Remove the potable water tank 3000MM (if installed) (Ref. AMM TASK 38-11-41-000-001).
(5) Remove the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Cleaning of the Structure
(1) Clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , if necessary.

4. Procedure
Subtask 57-10-00-220-051-A

A. Inspection

Forward Spar of the Center Wing Box

(1) Do a detailed inspection along the spar of the formed angle in the center wing box. This inspection is applicable along the lower edge of the front spar on the forward face.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:

If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.

(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):

If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 51110000 for damage classification and corrective action.

5. Close-up
Subtask 57-10-00-410-093-B

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3) If necessary, install the potable water tank 3000MM (Ref. AMM TASK 38-11-41-400-002).
(4) Install the access panels 131PW and 132PW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(5) Close the forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
