   (1) Remove forward belly-fairing panel 191AB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-25-11-000-001).
   (2) Remove quick-release access panel 191BB (Ref. AMM TASK 53-35-13-000-002).

D. Safety Precautions
   (1) On the panel 30VU:
     (a) Make sure that:
  • the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is in the off position (the ON legend is off) and,
  • the ENG 1 BLEED and the ENG 2 BLEED pushbutton switches are in the off position (the OFF legends are on).
     (b) Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate these pushbutton switches.
   (2) On the HP ground connector put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to supply the ground air.
4. Procedure
Subtask 47-11-41-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Disconnection of the Electrical Connectors

   (1) Disconnect the electrical connectors (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5).
   (2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.

B. Removal of the Air Duct Connections

F Air Duct Connections ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Remove the clamps (6) and (8).
   (2) Remove the bellow (7).
   (3) Put COVER - PROTECTION on the open duct ends.
   (4) Loosen the connectors (9) and (11).
   (5) Remove the flexible hose (10).
   (6) Put protective covers on the open duct ends.
   (7) Loosen the connectors (12) and (14).
   (8) Remove the flexible hose (13).
   (9) Put protective covers on the open duct ends.

WARNING: SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT IT, IT WILL FALL. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS, AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TOUCH THIS ASSEMBLY. IT HAS PRECISION- TOLERANCE COMPONENTS WITH VERY POLISHED SURFACES. IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL, IT IS VERY EASY TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THESE COMPONENTS (INTERNAL CONTAMINATION, EXTERNAL IMPACT DAMAGE).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR(S) IS(ARE) DISCONNECTED BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THE BONDING STRAP(S).
C. Removal of the IGGS Pallet

F Tie Rod and Bonding Connections ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
F GSE-TOOL, Pallet Inerting ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Remove the screw (41), the washer (40) and disconnect the bonding strap (39).
   (2) Remove the screw (46), the washer (45) and disconnect the bonding strap (44).
   (3) Support the IGGS pallet (25):
     (a) Install the half-shell 98D47103500044 (50) of the GSE toolset 98D47103500000 PALLET INERTING RI on FR 34/35.7 and safety it with the attachment screw (51).
     (b) Make sure that you support the IGGS pallet correctly before you loosen the tie rods (17) and (18) of the air inlet (27) in the next work step.
   (4) Remove the air inlet (27) (Ref. AMM TASK 21-61-51-000-002).
   (5) Remove the nuts (36), the washers (35), the bolts (32),
if fitted the washers (33), if fitted the bushings (34),
the tie rods (15), (17), (18) and (26).
NOTE: Identify the tie rods for correct position in the installation procedure.
   (6) Remove the screws (37), the washers (38) and the bracket (16).
WARNING: HEAVY WEIGHT. MINIMUM 2 PERSONS OR ASSISTED HANDLING REQUIRED.
   (7) Get another person and remove the IGGS pallet (25).
NOTE: The IGGS pallet weighs approx. 20.9 kg (46.0766 lb).
     (a) Support the IGGS pallet and:
       1 Remove the clips (31) and the tie rods in this order: (19), (20), (23) and (21).
       2 Remove the nut (28), the washers (29), the bolt (30), the clip (31) and the tie rod (22).
     (b) Carefully remove the IGGS pallet from the aircraft.
   (8) Remove the half-shell (50) from FR 34/35.7.
