A. Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

4. Procedure
Subtask 46-26-90-700-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Mechanical Test of the Ball Mount
(1) Check of the positions of the docking stations
(a) Left docking station (CAPT)
1 Push in the middle of the docking station (1) and turn it clockwise until it is in the horizontal position.
2 Push in the middle of the docking station (1) and turn it counterclockwise until it is in the vertical position.
(b) Right docking station (F/O)
1 Push in the middle of the docking station (1) and turn it counterclockwise until it is in the horizontal position.
2 Push in the middle of the docking station (1) and turn it clockwise until it is in the vertical position.
(2) Check of the locking pin
(a) Unlock the locking pin (2).
(b) Make sure that you can move the docking station (1) correctly.
(c) Put the docking station (1) in an operational position.
1 Make sure that the distance between the docking station (1) and the window environment is more than 10 mm (0.3937 in.).
(d) Lock the locking pin (2).
(e) Make sure that the docking station (1) cannot move.
(3) Check of the mobile lock system
(a) Remove the locking screw (4) with the 0621-01-A-6064 UNLOCK AEROCONSEIL DEVICE (5).
(b) Pull the indexing plunger (6) (open position).
(c) Make sure that you can move the mobile lock (3).
(d) Put the mobile lock (3) in the correct position.
(e) Push the indexing plunger (6) (closed position).
(f) Install the locking screw (4) with the 0621-01-A-6064 UNLOCK AEROCONSEIL DEVICE (5).
(g) Make sure that the mobile lock (3) cannot move.

5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
