A. Get access to the Flight Operations and MAintenance eXchanger (FOMAX) logs with the Local Maintenance Function (LMF).
(1) Make sure that the green LED on the FOMAX is on.
(2) Make sure that the amber LED on the FOMAX is off.

NOTE: There are two LEDs on the front face of the FOMAX. They give information about the boot sequence and the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) status.
