B. Get access to the avionics compartment.
   (1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at access door 824.
   (2) Open access door 824.

C. Record the Network-File Management-Service Data from the FOMAX
   (1) Record the airline network-file management-service data from the FOMAX (Ref. AMM TASK 46-26-32-280-805).
     (a) Tell your Engineering department about this step.

4. Procedure
Subtask 46-26-32-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the FOMAX
   (1) Unless specified differently by the troubleshooting procedure, do the steps that follow:
     (a) Remove the Airbus Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card (Ref. AMM TASK 46-26-32-000-803).
     (b) Carefully record the slot of the Airbus SIM card.
   (2) If applicable, remove the Airline SIM card (Ref. AMM TASK 46-26-32-000-802) and carefully record the slot of the Airline SIM card.
   (3) Loosen the nut (4).
   (4) Lower the nut (4).
   (5) Pull the FOMAX (1) on its rack (3) to disconnect the electrical connectors (2).
   (6) Remove the FOMAX (1) from its rack (3).
   (7) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
